- A list of the officers, trustees, and delegates currently in office, with notations indicating which of these positions are to be filled at this time.
- A current list of the Council on Policy Development with notations indicating which of these positions are to be filled at this time.
- A copy of THA Election Procedures and Guidelines.
Multiple nominations and self-nominations will be accepted; however, a separate form is required for each submission.
