Supporting Hospitals Through Action
Through its advocacy, THA promotes the interest of its member hospitals and health systems, pursuing the best environment for health care delivery in every region and corner of Texas.
THA acts as the unified voice for every hospital in the state. Representing hospitals in both Austin and Washington, D.C., THA advocates for laws and regulations that support Texas hospitals in delivering the highest quality care to all Texans.
That pursuit includes not only telling lawmakers the hospital story, but also in working to elevate champions of hospitals and health care into public office. Through our political action committee, HOSPAC, THA supports candidates who will work with Texas hospitals to maintain and advance policies that support good patient care.
