THA 2025 Annual Conference

Come Mingle at the Marketplace! We’re excited to meet in a new season and for our second Marketplace experience for the THA 2025 Annual Conference in San Antonio! Conferences, and the way vendors and attendees interact, have evolved and we’re adapting by replacing our traditional exhibit hall with a new vendor Marketplace. The Marketplace is an open, mixed-use space for networking, education and business relations. Limited to only 35 exhibiting vendors, the Marketplace has a heightened level of exclusivity that offers more one-on-one connection with attendees. We’re breaking barriers. Literally. By removing physical barriers like pipe and drape, we’re creating a more fluid, communicative, and communal environment amongst attendees and vendors. We believe the open space will help encourage participation, foster relationships and build camaraderie and longevity.

THA Leadership Fellows Program

The Texas Hospital Association’s Leadership Fellows Program brings together mid- and senior-level leaders from THA-member hospitals for a year-long study in health care policy and advocacy.

Through a collaborative and dynamic curriculum, THA fellows will grow as leaders, build valuable collegial relationships, and become fully equipped to lead policy discussions and advocate on behalf of hospitals at both the state and the federal level.

Emerging Leadership Forum

The Emerging Leadership Forum (ELF) provides a structure and forum for emerging health care leaders to:

• Become involved and educated about the Texas Hospital Association and THA’s affiliated organizations.
• Understand the advocacy role and public policy positions supported by the THA Board of Trustees.
• Collaborate with other emerging health care leaders developing meaningful relationships, transferring knowledge, and building an understanding of each member’s community.
• Learn best practices and leadership training.
