Lucy Hedari

Medical City Decatur

Lucy Hedari has been named chief financial officer at Medical City Decatur. Hedari has served as interim vice president of finance at Medical City Decatur since Dec. 2023, partnering on strategic initiatives including processes to track patient volume. She has direct reporting responsibility for all financial departments, including finance, patient access, health information management, case management, revenue integrity, IT&S and supply chain. Hedari began her career at HCA Healthcare in 2018 as a controller for Medical City Fort Worth. She has served in progressive leadership roles at Medical City Fort Worth and Medical City Weatherford as the vice president of finance.

Eulanie Lashley

Eulanie Lashley
Texas Health Hospital Mansfield

AdventHealth has named Eulanie Lashley president and chief executive officer for Texas Health Hospital Mansfield, a joint venture of AdventHealth and Texas Health Resources. Lashley previously served as vice president and chief operating officer for AdventHealth Apopka, where she has been instrumental in strengthening community relationships, fostering a strong team culture, providing strategic oversight for the AdventHealth Apopka infusion center, and leading the $26 million hospital expansion that is underway. Lashley also served as chief operating officer for AdventHealth Winter Garden, where she successfully led the construction and opening of an 80-bed inpatient tower in 2022. Lashley began her career with AdventHealth as a finance intern in 2007 at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. She later joined the financial planning department in AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division and went on to hold a variety of roles including senior accounting manager, assistant director of finance for the cancer and neuroscience institutes and finance director for AdventHealth Apopka.

Brad Lembcke

Brad Lembcke
Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center

Bradley T. Lembcke, MD, MBA has been named president of Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, the flagship academic medical institution of the St. Luke’s Health System in the Texas Medical Center. Baylor St. Luke’s is a joint venture with Baylor College of Medicine and serves as one of the medical school’s teaching hospitals. In his role, Dr. Lembcke will provide clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and lead the development and implementation of initiatives that advance growth, optimize clinical operations and improve the health of the communities the hospital services in a manner that is consistent with the system’s mission, vision, and values. Dr. Lembcke joined St. Luke’s Health as senior vice president and chief medical officer in December 2018. During that time, he also served as chief medical officer for Baylor St. Luke’s from February 2020 to December 2021 and most recently served as the interim president of Baylor St. Luke’s. Dr. Lembcke also is chief medical officer for the South Region of CommonSpirit, a role he will continue until a permanent successor is selected.

Rhonda McCabe

Rhonda McCabe
Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital

Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital has named Rhonda McCabe CEO after Lion Star, the group that runs the hospital, reached an agreement with the Nacogdoches County Hospital District to transition hospital operations to the district. McCabe previously served as CFO of Nacogdoches Memorial Health for more than four years. She is also chief administrative officer of the hospital district.

Annie Mendoza

Annie Mendoza, RN, MSN, FACHE
Northwest Texas Healthcare System

Northwest Texas Healthcare System, a 495-bed facility with over 2,000 employees serving the top 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle and neighboring states has welcomed Annie Mendoza, RN, MSN, FACHE as the chief nursing officer. Mendoza is an accomplished health care executive with more than 25 years of experience, most recently serving as CNO and formerly chief quality officer at Mountainview Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, N.M. Mendoza received her Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio along with her Master of Science in Nursing. She is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
