Scott Lillibridge, MD
DHR Health
Global epidemiology expert Dr. Scott Lillibridge has taken the helm at DHR Health Institute for Research and Development in Edinburg, Texas. Dr. Lillibridge has been named the new executive vice president and chief executive officer, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise in global health, epidemiology, and research leadership. Before joining DHR Health, Dr. Lillibridge served as the associate vice president for global health at Texas A&M Health Science Center. In this role, he provided leadership for multicenter research, education, and community health services, particularly in South Texas. Dr. Lillibridge also previously served as chief scientist for the University’s Pandemic Vaccine development enterprise and professor of epidemiology at the Texas A&M University School of Public Health.
Joshua Pozos, MD
Ascension Seton Hays
Joshua Pozos, MD, has been named chief medical officer of Ascension Seton Hays in Kyle, Texas. The appointment marks a return for Dr. Pozos, who previously served as CMO of Ascension Seton Hays and Ascension Seton Southwest. He previously served as an internal medicine specialist at the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System in San Antonio, and as a hospitalist at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Ascension Seton Hays, part of St. Louis-based Ascension, is a regional level 2 trauma center.
Nathan Tindall
Medical City Arlington
Nathan Tindall has been named chief financial officer for Medical City Arlington. In this role, Tindall is responsible for finance, case management, patient administration systems, supply chain, revenue integrity, health information management and information technology and services. Previously, Tindall served as CFO for HCA Healthcare’s West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, Idaho. He has provided leadership for numerous departments and earned a reputation as a fiscally responsible leader. Tindall also previously held leadership roles for HCA Healthcare hospitals in North Carolina and New Hampshire.
Musaddiq Waheed, MD
HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast
Pasadena, Texas-based HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast has named Musaddiq Waheed, MD, as chief medical officer. Dr. Waheed, a family medicine specialist, has spent more than 18 years in health care, most recently serving as assistant CMO at HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland. He is also the former regional medical director for Envision Healthcare in Houston, where he oversaw improvements in quality outcomes. HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast, part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, is a 350-bed acute-care hospital with a level 3 trauma center.
