What is the THA dues structure?

What percentage of your dues is attributed to THA lobbying costs?

  • 2025-2026: 6.99%
  • 2024-2025*: Due to a prior year over-estimate on the lobby percent, the non-deductible portion of THA dues for 2024-2025 is 0%.
  • 2023-2024: 8.74%
  • 2022-2023*: 17.16%

What is THA’s membership year?

THA’s membership year is Sept. 1 thru Aug. 31. The annual membership renewal invoice is mailed in August and due upon receipt.

 

What are THA vs. THT Dues?

THA is a 501 (c)(6) organization that promotes and protects our members’ interests at the state and federal levels through advocacy and lobbying activities.

THT is a 501(c)(3) organization associated with THA that provides education and resources to Texas hospital and health care system board members. While they are affiliated with THA, they are a separate organization with separate dues. Click here to learn more about THT.

 

What if you have a question on information contained in the annual renewal invoice?

For specific questions about your hospital’s invoice, please contact the THA Service Center at [email protected].

 

Who will receive my hospital’s invoice?

Generally, the hospital CEO will receive the THA invoice. If this should be updated, please fill out this form.
