Infection prevention competencies and skills are critical in today’s health care environment. THA is hosting a seven-part Virtual CIC Preparation Course for infection prevention professionals practicing in THA member hospitals who would like to expand their knowledge and expertise in infection prevention and prepare for Certification in Infection Control (CIC) exam.
Participation in the CIC Preparation Course is free for infection prevention professionals working in a THA member hospital. Applicants must have completed post-secondary education in a health-related field and have direct responsibility for infection prevention program activities in their entity/organization.
Participants will study and review the main subjects of the CIC examination during the live, interactive virtual sessions.
