Tiffany Northern serves as President of Texas Health Hospital Frisco, where she leads strategic growth, operational excellence, clinical service line development and community impact. She is deeply committed to fostering a culture that values quality, collaboration, and compassion in every aspect of care. With a deep belief that hospitals play a vital role beyond their walls, Tiffany works closely with physicians, caregivers, and civic leaders to create sustainable models of healthcare that balance exceptional outcomes with long-term community well-being. Her leadership emphasizes inclusivity, transparency, and connection. Under her leadership, Texas Health Hospital Frisco continues to expand access to advanced clinical services and strengthen its role as a trusted partner in improving community health.
With more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Tiffany joined Texas Health Resources in 2021. She has held executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, Vice President of Operations at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, and Associate Chief Operating Officer with HCA Healthcare Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. Tiffany earned her bachelor’s in business administration from Alabama State University and a master’s in health administration from Florida A&M University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on several community boards, including the American Heart Association Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team and Abide Maternal Health Services. Tiffany is also an Alumni of Leadership Dallas, an executive leadership program sponsored by the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Tiffany and her husband, Willie, enjoy life in North Texas with their two children and their cavapoo dog, Blackjack.
