Kevin Anderson is a seasoned healthcare finance and consulting executive with deep expertise in hospital and medical group financial management within large non-profit health systems. He brings a strong background in strategic planning, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency to his leadership roles.
Kevin currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of CHRISTUS Children’s, where he oversees financial operations for the hospital and its affiliated clinics. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance and support the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality pediatric care.
Throughout his career, Kevin has served as CFO for both children’s and adult acute care hospitals, managing multiple facilities and specialty clinics. He has led major initiatives, including a $560 million hospital expansion and the implementation of advanced decision support and RVU costing systems to improve financial insight and operational performance.
A leader in revenue cycle and contract management, Kevin has driven over $39 million in revenue growth within two years through process improvements and managed care contract negotiations. He provides strategic financial oversight across budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and provider contract management, ensuring alignment with health system policies and regulatory standards.
