These meetings foster transparency, promote the sharing of lessons learned, and encourage the exchange of innovative ideas and best practices. Through collaborative dialogue, participants gain actionable insights and practical strategies to bring back to their organizations, helping to prevent patient harm and strengthen safety systems. Participation requires confirmation of confidentiality, reinforcing the protected learning environment.
