Lee Prater, MHA, Senior Director of Clinical Operations, Scottish Rite for Children, Frisco
Lee K. Prater is the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Scottish Rite for Children Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center, located in Frisco, Texas. She has her master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and has 13 years of experience in health care leadership, with a focus on operations, service line development and growth. She was instrumental in the build-planning, move and opening of Scottish Rite’s first-ever satellite campus in Frisco, which opened in October of 2018.
Outside of work, Lee is very active in her community. She joined the Board of Directors for Bryan’s House, a not-for-profit providing medically-managed, classroom education for special needs children 0-5 years old. She volunteers for the DFW Labrador Rescue, an organization committed to finding homes for abandoned or surrendered Labrador retrievers and also volunteers for a special needs tennis group which provides over 35 special-needs children with the opportunity to learn and play tennis! Lastly, she serves as the President for the Women’s Racquet Club at Canyon Creek Country Club, which helps to better the racquet sports social and member experience for over 200 women.
