Juan C. Navarro has served as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas for the past 5 years and has over 16 years of healthcare experience, spanning over the Finance and Revenue Cycle areas. Juan has been an integral part to the organization’s growth over the past years as he’s consistently aided in the decision making process for developing and implemented new service lines and impactful programs that not only affect the organization itself, but for the surrounding community as well. His an unwavering commitment to organizational success and keen eye for process improvement, have provided the necessary tools employing lean methodology to eliminate non-value costs.
At the age of 18 Juan move to the US from his home country of Colombia to attend college, graduating from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX with a BBA in Accounting and a BA in Computer Information Technology. Shortly after, he moved down to the Rio Grande Valley with his McAllen-native wife, where they spend their time with their beautiful, and very busy, 13 year-old daughter.
