As an Associate Administrator at Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas, a Level I trauma center and safety-net hospital in Austin, Will’s work spans hospital operations, support services, facilities and capital planning, and regulatory readiness. He works across departments and with clinical leadership to find and address the root cause of operational problems.
Will came to administration by way of pharmacy. He worked in San Antonio hospital pharmacies through the COVID-19 pandemic, an experience that ultimately led him to return to Trinity University and pursue his M.S. in Healthcare Administration.
