Terri K. Jordan, Ed.D. brings more than 26 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare and education, including over a decade in executive healthcare administration. She currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for El Paso Children’s Hospital, providing executive oversight for Human Resources, Volunteer Services, Public Relations, and Business Development.
Prior to joining El Paso Children’s Hospital in 2025, Dr. Jordan spent nearly 10 years with Hospice El Paso, advancing from Director of Human Resources to Chief Administrative Officer. During her tenure, she led the organization through a CEO transition, facilitated two comprehensive three-year strategic planning cycles with the Board of Directors, and navigated complex compliance requirements involving CMS and OIG regulations. She also directed the implementation of a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS), modernizing payroll, benefits, and recruitment processes, and successfully guided workforce reduction initiatives that preserved organizational stability during challenging periods.
