Megan Mattingly serves as Senior Director of Physician Services and Food & Nutrition Services at Scottish Rite for Children, where she provides operational leadership for physician groups, strategy development and service line growth. With more than 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, she specializes in physician practice management, strategic growth, operational excellence and financial stewardship.
Throughout her career at Scottish Rite for Children, Megan has held progressively advancing leadership roles, she currently supports more than 35 employed and contracted physicians, leads physician recruitment and onboarding efforts, and collaborates with medical and hospital leadership to expand service lines, improve patient access, and advance organizational goals. Her leadership has helped support the expansion of key clinical programs, including neurology and pediatric developmental disabilities services, as well as the development of new offerings such as hospital medicine, neuropsychology, and genetic counseling.
