Vice President of Physician Services, Guadalupe Regional Medical Center
Lauren’s passion for excellence shows in her commitment to recruiting and retaining medical staff who fit the high-quality culture that permeates GRMC, and in fostering strong relationships among providers, hospital employees, and the community. Lauren helps to lead the highly selective physician recruitment team, continually strengthening and expanding the scope of medical care provided at GRMC.
In collaboration with key physician leaders, Lauren established the Continuing Medical Education Program for the GRMC medical staff in 2007, accredited through the Texas Medical Association. This forward-thinking program has brought together hundreds of regional providers, establishing beneficial relationships and providing meaningful clinical updates from a wide range of specialists.
Lauren has served as a liaison and leader on dozens of construction projects for the Medical Center, most recently the $12M Laurel MOB, which created a primary care hub and diagnostics clinic for the community in 2026.
