Join us for the final THA PSO Safe Table of 2026 on Thursday, November 19 at 12p.m. CST. This session will focus on Care Coordination, best practices, and review current THA PSO data trends.
Safe Tables are a cornerstone of the THA PSO program, offering a secure and confidential forum where member organizations can engage in candid, peer-to-peer discussions about patient safety events and challenges. These meetings foster transparency, promote the sharing of lessons learned, and encourage the exchange of innovative ideas and best practices. Through collaborative dialogue, participants gain actionable insights and practical strategies to bring back to their organizations, helping to prevent patient harm and strengthen safety systems. Participation requires confirmation of confidentiality, reinforcing the protected learning environment.
