Kevin Pettit is the Associate Administrator at Millwood Hospital. He is in the CEO Development Program and participates in the general management of the hospital with the intention of assimilating the necessary skills and competencies to ultimately advance into a CEO position at the end of the development track. The rotation-based program is centered on all main departments of the hospital. Special projects throughout reinforce the understanding of the importance of each and how they interface to meet hospital objectives. He organizes continuous improvement efforts and develops sustainable and effective processes in collaboration with hospital staff and various leadership.
