Continuing Education
Credit Designation for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
The Texas Hospital Association has registered with the Texas State Board of Legal Specialization to meet the requirements of the continuing professional education rules covering maintenance of attendance records, retention or program outlines, qualifications of instructors, program content, physical facilities and length of class hours. This registration agreement does not constitute an endorsement by the board as to the quality of the program or its contribution to the professional competence of the licensee.
ACHE Qualified Education
By attending the Texas Hospital Association 2025 Annual Conference offered by Texas Hospital Association participants may earn up to 2.5 (pre-conference Cybersecurity Workshop), 3.0 (pre-conference ACHE In-Person Education) and 7.5 (THA 2025 Annual Conference) ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.
ACHE In-Person Education
The session “The Human Margin: Foundations of Trust” has been developed by ACHE and is presented locally as an ACHE Choice Program. The American College of Healthcare Executives has awarded 3.0 ACHE In-Person Education Credits to this program.
*Special Instructions Participants seeking ACHE Face-to-Face Education credit MUST sign-in at the CE tables located outside the doors immediately prior to the start of the session.
Continuing Education Public Accountancy CPE
The Texas Hospital Association has registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPE sponsor. This registration does not constitute an endorsement by the board as to the quality of the program. This course may be submitted to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy for up to 3.0 (pre-conference Cybersecurity Workshop) and 7.2 (THA 2025 Annual Conference) contact hours.

Certified Healthcare Trustee and Leader Education (CHTL)
Individuals pursuing the Certified Healthcare Trustee and Leader (CHTL) designation must complete a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education every three years to maintain the designation. The 2025 THA Annual Conference provides 2.5 (pre-conference, Cybersecurity Workshop), 3.0 (pre-conference, ACHE Face-to-Face Education) and 7.5 (conference, in-person and virtual) hours that can be used toward your CHTL designation.
Nursing Accredited Continuing Education
THA will be seeking credit approval for continuing nursing education for this program. More information to come.
