Matthew has over 10 years of industry and consulting experience. During that time, he has a strong record of delivering high-quality services to health systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and medical groups seeking to improve access, quality, and population health management – all while delivering those services through the lens of health equity. His professional experience has been shaped by a passion for improving healthcare outcomes for underserved communities and an unwavering commitment to his clients.

Previously, Matthew worked closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to streamline operations and improve patient outcomes for a large health system on the south side of Chicago. His responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and managing staff. He also worked to ensure that medical groups meet quality standards and help optimize financial performance through practical operational initiatives.

In his healthcare consulting role, Matthew works with a range of clients, from small community clinics to large healthcare systems. Matthew has also worked on population health management initiatives, helping to develop care models that focus on prevention and chronic disease management to help clients achieve improved outcomes while reducing costs.
