Due to the interest in the program, the application process is highly competitive. Interested candidates are required to submit a detailed application, including the application form, a resume, a letter of interest and two letters of recommendation. Please review the application checklist below and gather all of the materials necessary before you begin the application form.
The THA Leadership Fellows Program registration fee is
$1,295 per individual for the 2017 program year. This price includes all meals, receptions and materials provided during the program. It does not include hotel or travel costs or registration fees for the THA Annual Conference and Expo.

online application form. Letters of recommendation must be received by the application deadline date of Nov. 28, 2016, and the applicant is responsible for contacting and following up with their recommenders to ensure the letters are submitted to THA by the deadline.
