(Austin – Aug. 18, 2017) Texas hospitals will begin to streamline the hiring process and reduces administrative time associated with supplemental staffing thanks to a new partnership between the Texas Hospital Association and South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA) Solutions.
The partnership provides THA’s 474 member hospitals access to Healthcare Staffing Services, a nationally recognized supplemental staffing company that specializes in decreasing staffing costs developed by hospitals, for hospitals. Filling these roles has become costly as communities compete for skilled talent, but the HSS software and operations allow existing staffing agencies to compete for placements, reducing the overall cost of recruitment. At the same time, HSS eliminates permanent placement fees and provides contract terms that benefit the hospital rather than each agency.
