I’ve never logged in to the THA website before. How do I register for an event?
You will need to create an account. On the
Login page, follow the “New to THA? Create a login” link.
What email address do I use to register?
Please use the email address we have on record for you. Most of the time, that will be the email address from your employer. If you are unsure which address to use, contact the
THA Service Center at 512/465-1057.
I want to register both myself and my colleague for an event. How do I do that?
Log in as yourself. You will be provided the option to register someone else after you have registered yourself.
I’m not going to the event. How do I register someone else?
Go to the individual event web page (not the education calendar). You will see the “Register Someone Else” button on that page.
I’m registering a hospital trustee, but I don’t know his email address. Do I really need it?
Yes. We send updates and pre-event emails to all attendees using the address provided at registration. Please do your best to verify you have the correct email address for everyone you are registering. THA's database does not allow an email address to be used for more than one account, so you will not be able to use the same email address to register multiple people. To ensure proper pricing (member vs. non-member rate), if you do not know what email address the trustee has provided THA, contact the
THA Service Center.
I landed on the “Tell us about yourself” page, and it’s asking for my email address. Do I enter my address or that of the person I’m registering?
Please enter your own email address. If you enter someone else’s email address and do not have his or her password, you will not be able to log in and might inadvertently create a second account for that person.
I clicked on “Register” (or “Register Someone Else”), but it’s not letting me register. I just takes me to a white screen (or the Login page). What do I do now?
