Board of Trustees
The THA Board of Trustees reviews and establishes policy and is the association’s legal authority. The board comprises 30 members:
- Four officers: chairman, chairman-elect, immediate past chairman and secretary;
- 20 hospital or health care system executives;
- Two physician members;
- The chairman and chairman-elect of the Texas Healthcare Trustees; and
- The chairman and vice chairman of the THA Council on Policy Development.
