Three key organizations working for the betterment of rural health care across Texas -- Texas Rural Health Association, Texas Hospital Association and Office of Rural Community Affairs -- are joining forces in cooperation with the Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals to bring a unique educational opportunity for rural health care leaders.
The Rural Health Trifecta: Collaborating to Make a Difference, Aug. 5-7 at the Hyatt Regency Austin Hotel, provides a venue for rural health care professionals to network with colleagues, community and business leaders, state agency personnel, academia and nonprofit organizations while discussing issues pertinent to the Texas rural hospital landscape.
Trifecta sessions will cover everything from bioethics and staff recruitment/retention to Medicare regulations and public health collaboratives. The conference registration fee includes an individual 12-month membership to TRHA.
Register by July 25 to take advantage of the discounted rate!
"I encourage my hospital colleagues to make time for this important conference. You’ll learn about specific health policy initiatives that impact rural hospitals, while sharing ideas and best practices. It’s an outstanding value for your education dollar."
- Bob Pascasio, FACHE, administrator/CEO of Bayside Community Hospital in Anahuac, and chairman of THA’s Rural Hospital Constituency Council. |
