Fuller and Jackson will discuss director and trustee liability for health care providers. The presentation will review current litigation issues facing providers and their directors, and future liability issues relating to compliance, fraud and medical staff issues.

Alex Fuller is a senior shareholder at Davis Fuller Jackson Keene in Austin, where he has practiced since 1979. He earned his J.D. from the Bates College of Law, University of Houston and was admitted to the bar in 1976. Fuller serves as adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Hospital Administration at Trinity University in San Antonio. He is a member of the Austin, Williamson County and American Bar associations, State Bar of Texas and National Health Lawyers Association. |

Brian Jackson is a senior shareholder at Davis Fuller Jackson Keene in Austin where he specializes in health law and defending health care providers in medical malpractice cases. He also advises hospitals and hospital boards on regulatory issues, contractual issues, reimbursement disputes, and governance issues. Jackson and the law firm represent more than 100 hospitals across Texas as well as the Texas Hospital Association, the Texas Hospital Insurance Exchange and the Texas Pharmacy Association. |
