James A. Rice, Ph.D., FACHE is the executive vice president and practice leader of the governance and leadership services practice at Integrated Healthcare Strategies, and also serves as the vice chairman for The Governance Institute. Rice has advised health systems, physician groups, boards of directors and ministries of health in more than 30 countries, and has lectured extensively across the nation. He received his master’s and doctoral degrees in management and health policy from the University of Minnesota. |
