Get-out-the-Vote Drive
![]() |
By sponsoring voter registration and get-out-the-vote activities, hospitals can help mobilize Texas' more than 355,000 hospital employees and make them influential participants in the General Election in November. A voter registration drive is an ideal community service – be sure to include patients and visitors, too! Hospitals also make ideal polling places for early voting or on Election Day. Talk to your local elections official for more details.
To assist your hospital or health system in hosting a successful drive, the Texas Hospital Association and HOSPAC have prepared an online toolkit that contains all the information you need. If you have questions about the upcoming elections or this toolkit, contact Amanda Engler in THA's Corporate Communications Department at 512/465-1026.
